Kyle from McGill fixed two toilets in my house. One had a leak around the wax ring that had not been correctly installed by another local plumber and he completely rebuilt a toilet that had been running between flushes. Kyle was friendly, efficient , knowledgeable and completed the work very quickly. The job was left in a very clean condition.

I awoke to find out that my water softener tank was leaking. McGill was wonderful about coming out and replacing the unit. Tom was very helpful and gave us plenty of supportive information to keep our household plumbing working efficiently.

I have used McGill Plumbing for over 10 years for all of my plumbing needs. I will not use any other company. McGill is number 1. Recently I had a problem with weird stuff in my toilet bowl ( I now know after talking to plumber it is called resin from my old broken water softener.) I had never experienced anything like this before. I am just glad I got it early and that McGill was able to come the same day I called. Tom Murphy came out and he explained what was needed to resolve the issue and how much it would cost. He was both eager and patient to answer all of my questions and he explained everything he was doing. I could not have asked for a better person to help me out during a time that was unfamiliar to me. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When (not if) you decide to use McGill, ask for Capt. Tom, he won’t disappoint.

Needed a water softner and water heater. Checked out a few other plumbers and ended up choosing McGill. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Ray the estimator arrived on time and didn’t try to upsell me. Arrived at what seemed to be a fair price and scheduled the work. Tom Morgan, the plumber who did the work was great. Again, arrived on time, explained everything to me, and did the work efficiently, but carefully. Made sure everything was up and running with no leaks. Made sure I knew how to operate everything and that all of my questions were answered. Cleaned up after himself. Will use McGill Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend McGill. I’ve used them for years. They are extremely skilled and professional. The recent technician Tom, detected the problem right away and was very nice to deal with. I give 10 stars if possible.

Had an issue yesterday with toilet water line, called McGill plumbing. They answered quickly and were very attentive, sent someone out asap. The issue ended up still leaking after they left, called the Emergency line. They had someone out within the hour and got the issue fixed fast. Greatly appreciated their hard work and attention to my issue, will recommend them to others!

Mike was excellent, and replaced the shower handle cartridge; he gets the five stars. The price of $285 for an hour’s work is a shame, and spoiled the experience.
