Unlike other plumbing companies that only speak to you “on the clock”, with Loftin, I was able to email Danette, the office person, with all my questions about hot water heaters. Michael, the Service Manager, responded & explained all options and why or why not I should go with a certain model of hot water heater. Once I decided on the option, an appointment was set. Michael arrived on time, was very efficient, got the job done within two hours. He definitely knows plumbing! I would have no problem recommending Loftin for any plumbing needs you have.

We have used Loftin Plumbing for our needs for the last 3 years. From permitted new construction on an added kitchen, to compliance repairs, to backflow preventer testing, repair and filing, they are there for us. Clean, efficient and thorough on all the work preformed. You get up to date appointment information to a picture being texted about the technician coming out. The appointment process is easy and straight forward. We are going to be using them for a long time yet.

Outstanding customer service from Matt and Zeek. They never gave up trying to get my plumbing issue fixed. They were thorough, explaining things as they went through the process. Absolutely professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend Loftin Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I called this morning around 9am for an emergency clog/drain issue at my business, and Loftin had a technician here by 11am. Matt was early, informative, and honest about what would need to be done. He cleaned out the entire drain, and even cleaned up the floor/surrounding areas in the bathroom after he was done – which I was fully prepared to do after the job, so I did appreciate that. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber in the Manatee/Sarasota area

I called Loftin Plumbing based on many positive customer reviews. From the initial call for information and getting the work done (the following day!) they were professional, competent, and efficient. My service tech, Matt, got the job done in less time than I ever expected. He was the best! I will call Loftin Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and would recommend them (and Matt) without hesitation.

2 weeks ago I had them come out for a quote, the technician was fantastic super personable and very knowledgeable. I happily paid for the quote which I never received. I emailed them to ask to have my quote refunded. No response back, I called them today to be told they received my email and had forwarded it to the person who takes care of that was out on medical. I believe that could have been a reply by email to at least acknowledge that it was being worked on. I have since found another plumber that did on site quote ( just needed line moved for washer nothing huge) and completed the job the following day.
