Absolutely the best Plumbing company I’ve ever worked with in my life! I had 40 PSI max water pressure at my house. Mr. Neese came over and fully designed and installed a new water pressure boosting system for my entire home. I now have 90 PSI, and life is good! Thank you, Mark Neese!! We will be doing more business together in the future.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Was supposed to come out and fix my toilet the other day, instead cancelled on us with no notification, I had to call to find out. So then this morning they said they were coming out, didn’t tell us when so me and my husband were still sleeping (he works night shift) and when I woke up to ask them what time, they said they had already came out and fixed the issue. How are they going to fix an issue when they don’t even know what it is? I had no opportunity to describe our problem and what’s been happening so I’m not even sure what they “fixed” while they were here, and ultimately the problem was not resolved, our toilet still doesn’t flush properly and we have to have another company come out.

I have now used Mark & his company on three occasions. They are truly unbelievable. They respond immediately & take care of whatever issues need to be addressed. Mark has provided personal attention to each of three separate issues we have had, & aside from fixing all of the issues, his company was truly honest in telling me that the county didn’t require something that I thought was necessary, which then resulted in our being charging less than what we were originally quoted. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of drainfield/septic/ plumbing issues. He also has all of the necessary equipment to take care of everything & he is absolutely the best at handling drainfield & septic work!! Rob Blanket
