Worker was friendly and efficient. However while he fixed one problem, It caused another and i had to wait for city to come out to fix the new problem. Maybe spend a little more time assessing the full scope of the job seemed a little rushed. But I do understand you can’t prep for everything. The cost to work did not compute to me… $800 + for something that took less than 2 hours work time.

Very positive experience. I had a water leak somewhere in my yard on my 3 acre plus property. Rex was great, didn’t give up until it was found & fixed. The level of communication, knowledge & customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them & will be using them again if I have plumbing issues.

Had Thompson come to the house for a toilet issue. Shaun arrived checked out the toilet and found the issue in short order gave us our options.
