Excellent and speedy service! My outdated water heater malfunctioned and caused a minor flood in my basement. I reached out early in the morning, around 7:30am, and Wyatt was knocking on my door in La Vista by 9am. He efficiently replaced my water heater within an hour. Wyatt was highly professional and offered useful advice. I would definitely recommend this service, 10/10!

i reached out to Petty Family Plumbing early in the morning, needing a speedy repair on a toilet, but it wasn’t a dire situation. The call was answered on the second ring by a pleasant young lady who took down my details and said she’d call back in 15 minutes after checking their schedule. True to her word, she called right back! I scheduled a service and Wyatt was set to arrive at my place in La Vista within a two hour timeframe, between 10 and 12. He called at 10:08, announcing his arrival. Wyatt handled the issue effectively and did an excellent job! would recommend and definitely going to use their services again when needed!

Even though they arrived slightly beyond the scheduled timeframe, I’m still awarding five stars. Calvin was exceptional and successfully unclogged both of our problematic pipes (we were under the impression that we’d have to demolish a wall to resolve one of them). We anticipate requiring more plumbing services down the line, and we already know we’ll be reaching out to Petty Family Plumbing! Much appreciated!

He patiently explained the system to me, pointed out the issues, and ensured I understood how to keep up with maintenance in the future. My plumber from Petty Family Plumbing, let’s call him Robert, truly exceeded expectations when it came to unclogging a seriously backed up drain pipe. He devoted 5 hours at my residence, tirelessly removing rags after rags that our previous contractors had irresponsibly allowed to fall into the pipe. Robert didn’t throw in the towel when he easily could have. he made sure to explain the process as he went and maintained transparency. It was a refreshing experience for this novice homeowner in La Vista!
