I had a new heat and air unit put in the service was great with the Instill. But the unit is less then 3 years old and it froze up.I was told it needs a new coil..they charged the unit up and and say the service manager would contact me with a price on labor to fix it. (That was 3 weeks ago) The coil is under warranty, but the labor is on me and I was told it could be as much as 1200 dollars labor .on a unit that is less then 3 years old.. They give a 5 year warranty and a 2 year labor seems they already know when you’ll need work. Service techs are great and they we’re great out the door but now not so much.

If you’re looking for a company that is going to listen to your needs and your wants and explain things in a way you can truly understand, then Hiller is who you want!! Justin came out to look at our unit, explained to us exactly what the problem was, and had Brian come out to give us the best deal we could get in replacing our whole 2007 unit. Brian was incredibly helpful and heard everything I was saying and helped get us into a new unit with all the safety features our old one did not have! He had Dustin and 2 other guys with them install our units and fix our ducts. They were so clean throughout the whole day, even though it rained the whole time they were here!!! We are very impressed with this company and will be using them for all our future HVAC issues and plumbing!!!

Unforeseen repairs are never fun to deal with. We had a water heater go out – and Hiller sent Jimi Tidd to access our issues. Communication was excellent, price was fair, and Jimi had the old unit out and new one installed in a flash. Jimi was professional and trustworthy. 5 stars for Jimi and Hiller.

Hiller is an Exceptional Company!! My Mom called them to deal with some leaking pipes in our home. Jimi Tidd, our service person was courteous, incredibly detailed and very thorough. He answered all our questions and gave us very detailed estimates. I highly recommend Hiller for all your plumbing needs. Jimi Tidd is an outstanding service person and and an excellent representative for Hiller. Thank you so very much! You will not be disappointed if you choose Hiller.

Saturday 5-25-24 I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink. I caller Hiller, and they put me on a schedule. Your tech Reid Blackburn arrived at 6:30PM, and found out problem, and fixed. What a professional young man, and a plus for Hiller!!!
