If you’re looking for a great, honest plumber that will show up, Colby’s your guy. This is the second time I’ve used Basin Plumbing and honestly I won’t use anyone else. Basin Plumbing is probably by far the best in Klamath Falls. Owner, Kolby, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and transparent with his work. I recently purchased a new water heater and had him install it. The service was both quick and affordable. The product quality is exceptional. I will absolutely call him first for future projects. I highly recommend this business. As a homeowner, it is crucial to find good service providers. Basin Plumbing went above all expectations. Hands down – five stars.

I cant say enough about Colby at Basin Plumbing. His professionalism, his knowledge and his efficiency with getting the job done and does really good work. My main waterline busted the day I moved in. My handyman shut water off and dug up as much as he could then Colby came out the next day, with his backhoe and put in a new main waterline and a new shutoff box that was easy access for me. Unfortunately, 6-8 weeks later I needed my shower heads and tub faucets and equipment replaced and my toilet. He was great with working things out with my warranty company. If I need any future plumbing repairs I will call Colby. Thank you for all your Help!

We had Colby replace an underhouse demand pump for a radiant floor heating system. Colby kept in touch with me prior to the repair to let me know he would be there on the scheduled date and time. He was professional, knowledgeable and completed the job in a quick efficient manor. Once the job was done he checked to make sure the system was working properly. I would highly recommend Basin Plumbing. They certainly have my business for any future needs.

My wife and I have used Basin Plumbing to make repairs on our rental. Kolby returns calls quickly and is polite and professional. He listens to your concerns and explains the repairs and work he performed. He is honest and doesn’t do any unnecessary repairs but he will let you know about areas that may become problems in the future. Basin Plumbing has reasonable rates and does quality work. We trust them with all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend Basin Plumbing and Kolby. .
