These folks are fantastic. I called them early Tuesday morning because I needed a leaky toilet replaced. I actually spoke to a real person who surprised me when she said she could have a guy out there the same afternoon with a new toilet ready to install. And it actually happened. Although the old toilet was installed over 50 years ago in a substandard manner, their crew was able to get the new toilet properly installed in short order. Good job guys. I recommend you call these folks. They know their stuff.

Found I had a cracked/leaking water shut off valve to house. Called Powley Plumbing and spoke with Tessa. She was able to get Marvin and Dan out that day to repair it. Very happy with the quick work and staff’s friendliness. Would recommend using.

I have geo thermal, I knew nothing about. I wanted to know about shutting it down for the summer. Joe, came out said, this intake, etc..ten minutes later just unplug it to shut it down and give me $50. Thank you. So I did unplug it, but..when I plugged it back in, no heat. Then it worked, then it didnt..an intermittent problem, I called powley. Four guys showed up..clearly three too many. It was determined there WAS a dead part, they said they’d call with an estimate, I said great but please fix it. It started working, so I called them again and said this may help with the diagnosis, its working again, intermittent, remember? So they sent the part back and sent me a bill of 154. I was told that it would cost another 800 to HELP figure out the problem. No info with regard to… This part MAY fix the issue. In fact Joe came across totally un caring,without any input to the likelihood that this part might fix the problem. To the contrary, his attitude was keep paying us and eventually we’ll tell your your geo is dead. I have since called Stanly brooks, if you have a plumbing issue this man seems to actually care about your plumbing issue and not just racking in more billing. Thank you powley..NOT. one star is too many..but..they did show up, in total, both trips..an hour. Such a deal
