James assessed the problem, and got right to fixing the Issue with the plumbing in our pool! Highly recommend Plumbing by Jake, they answered my call right away and got someone sent out next day to help us with our issue! They offered to come same day with after hour services available. We declined as our issue would be okay to wait. Will definitely use them again for sure!

I have called upon plumbing by Jake/ambient edge today after I was frustrated trying to replace the kitchen drain system. I went to ace with the current drain set up. I was there about ten minutes before I saw someone walking down the isle. I asked her if she could help me with what I needed. We walked to the plumbing area and I showed her the set up I needed. At first, she picked the wrong parts, then she picked what I thought would work for me. Got home, began to assemble the parts and they didn’t all fit. Tried to mix, match but still didn’t fit. By this time I’m not to happy. Finally, I called plumbing by Jake. They were able to fit me in to the schedule and showed up fairly quickly. Within 30min the job was done. While they were still at my residence, Dante and Christian had noticed that the wall drain pipe is higher than it should be, which has caused water back up a few times. I’m having them come back and relocate the pipe for proper drainage.😁

James came out first thing on Monday after the long 4th of July holiday weekend and got both Faucets in the kitchen in the bathroom back in order for a very fair price for such a quality job. Very personal guy easy to get along with and has been in the business for a long time.
