This the third time we’ve needed assistance with home sewer drainage, and the third time we’ve call Econo. When you have drainage backing up, you don’t mess with that, you want it done quickly and done right, and that’s why we continue to call Econo. I called at 8:30 on a Monday morning, spoke with a very friendly and understanding lady who asked a couple of questions then told me they’d have someone there this morning. Their guy arrived before 9am! Matt was professional, personable and friendly, I explained the situation and he got straight on with the job. He also explained the billing, at which I was pleasantly surprised, stating that I expected it to be a couple of hundred more than that. Matt got the job done quickly and even gave us advice of what to try for any future issues before calling on their services, and that is great customer service, and great customer service brings repeat business. As mentioned, this is the third time we’ve called Econo for sewer related issues, I should put them in speed dial! Great job guys, thanks for helping us out again and again! Mark Fitzpatrick

I recently had a clogged floor drain in my basement that was backing up, and I called Econo Sewer and Drain for help. David and Troy came out to fix the issue, and they were fantastic! Both were highly skilled and efficient in resolving the problem. They were also very helpful, informative, and pleasant throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I called Econo sewer and drain to have my sewer line scoped in prep for another project. The lady that took my call was so kind & was able to send someone the same day. Matt came out to scope my sewer line after my basement had taken in water and quickly discovered he’d need to rod it out first. He was able to clear the sewer line & direct me to other resources to help clean up the damage & even restore. Matt was thorough, thoughtful & helpful. I was pretty stressed before he came but after he left I had such peace of mind in knowing he had solved my drain issue, saved me money I didn’t need to spend, and armed with resources for the next steps. I’m definitely using Econo Sewer & Drain for all my needs in this area.

I have used them twice in the past 2 1/2 years to unclog both my sewer lines of over 30 years of gunk, and have been more than pleased with the results. When my one clogged up again I called, and the man that answered the phone was very pleasant (not good with names), looked up my previous service to see if any extenuating problems were noted then which there weren’t, then told me I should expect a call from a tech within a couple hours. It was probably 15 mins. later when he called and told me he was 15 mins away. Again not good with names, but the tech was awesome! He offered to bring in my packages from the porch since I’m housebound with an injury, explained the process to me, hauled in his equipment and got to work. Came back upstairs and told me besides a clog there were some tree roots, and educated me on some tips to keep the sewer from backing up again. We then chatted for awhile while he had my sinks running in the basement to make sure everything was flushed out and working correctly. He then went back down and cleaned up whatever mess was made. Very nice and personable man, and I highly recommend Econo for cleaning out your sewer lines!

Very pleasant experience. Everyone was great all around. Especially David the technician who came to check on my sink and stationary tub in the basement. Listened, answered all my questions, within minutes gave me an estimate and when he was done made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before he left. I mean what more can you ask. Call Econo sewer & drain to unclog my sewer line. They got me in really quick, They sent a service person by the name Matt.Honey let me tell you how awesome Matt is, He was real knowledgeable and was the right man for the job. Let me tell you Matt had me up and running right way. Call Econo they are good and reasonable and don’t forget to ask for Matt
