They didnt fix my water heater and then we called them back out they said Thursday it was sunday then they called on Thursday and said they cant come till Monday. A week without hot water I called some else they dont care about thier clients at all

I am very pleased with Cray Plumbing service. My garbage disposal was old and cracked leaking water all over the kitchen floor. Cray Plumbing sent Luis and it was fixed immediately. I was so impressed with service and professionalism that I signed up for their Diamond Club that includes an annual inspection. I had the inspection today. The water heater ( which was drained) and all plumbing lines under the house were inspected and looked good. He noted and took a picture of a condensation line for my heater that needs attention by my heating service.

OMG! I can not sing enough praises on this company. I recently completed a remodel on one of my properties that included a whole house repipe and water line replacement. This company did a superb job starting with the repipe right down to smaller aspects of the job like sinks a faucets. And it was an honor to work with Luis. He was professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. He went beyond the call of duty by helping me track down replacement parts for some of my old appliances. And Rowena. There were many many scheduling changes on this job. Never once did I experience any impatience or problems with the rescheduling. If Rowena said they would be there within the hour, Luis was there. I have recommended them to several friends, one of which has called them already. I will be signing all three of my properties up for their Diamond Club.
