i’d like to say that i got service from this company, but in reality i got screwed over. My service was unfinished and poorly done. When i called back to get the work completed, the people were so hostile and said they were going to charge me again to come complete the job on my service.

This place is HORRIBLE! I’m surprised on how terrible their service was. I hired them to empty 2 septic tanks and they only cleaned out one and didn’t even fully empty it because a day later it was full again! I called them again and they they are in denial about services at my house or a refund, since they said I was able to pay cash to not pay taxes, but now they say that there’s no record of anything. The person who answered the phone was so rude and hostile. Now they are wanting to charge me again to come and start what they didn’t finish! I don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I cannot believe the experience we had with this company. I typically don’t write reviews but I am overwhelmed with disappointment. They asked us to pay cash originally and so we did. However, now they are completely denying the services they performed and are not willing to come in and fix it nor give us some money back. I’m simply writing this review with hopes that this does not happen to anyone else.

Had them come clean out our septic on the September 15th and did a terrible job really lazy did not clean out both tanks told us if we paid in cash they would not charge us taxes which is fine until now the septic is full again and now they have no record of servicing our home. The lady on the phone has a really bad attitude and is very unprofessional. They are wanting to charge us again to do the job right the second time. Take your business elsewhere!

They came out within an hour of calling. Did the services with precision and efficiency, had a fair price, and a friendly attitude. Will definitely call again if anything happens that i can’t take care of myself. Our servicemans name was Rudy.
