Unfortunately had a bad experience 07/17 with this company. We called to get a tech out to see if our garbage disposal issue would be covered by warranty. It was not as it was a jam. We told the tech it’s fine, we won’t fix it. My sister goes to leave, but can’t as the van is blocking the driveway. She’s waiting for him outside just to be told “It’s fix, how would you like to pay?” We were charged $175 for the jam after it was fixed. We paid of course but I called the company number to say we were upset with the experience as we didn’t want the jam fixed as it was not covered. I was told a supervisor would call me at 1-2pm today. 3:30 rolls around and I call back and the same lady puts me on hold and transfers me to a number that doesn’t answer. I leave a message. My sister then calls me saying she had a whole exchange as they called her and not me about what actually happened. The customer service says they don’t take payment after the service, only before. That’s not what happened and I call back to try and explain that the Tech charged us after he went ahead and fixed it. For some reason the tech was given our number to start arguing about the events? I found that strange. I wanted the supervisor I tell the front desk I don’t even care for a refund or anything, we were just upset that we paid for a service we didn’t want. Instead we’re made out to look like we’re lying and the tech would never break protocol when that’s what he did. It’s a shame that this company is so highly respected when this is the experience we got.

Michael Miller was awesome and he explained everything he did. He was fair and honest which is hard to find these days. I have used them many times and sometimes it was for a bit of an emergency and other times not an emergency. Either way they get to the customer quickly and all of the plumbers we have worked with are very personable and answer all our questions honestly. Honestly we are customers for life!
