We had Dan come out and do a sewer line inspection on the home we are purchasing. As a first time home buyer, it was super important to us to have someone with experience in working with old homes and someone who could walk us through any questions or concerns. Dan was kind and communicative throughout the inspection and was able to answer all of our questions, putting us at ease with the new home. Customer service was great, too.

Adrian did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and making sure everything was working properly before leaving! He even did the painful job of having to open up the wall and replace a pipe to ensure that we had the best water pressure possible.

My neighbor Jack and I have a main sewer line that we share. Andrew arrived on time this morning and got the line cleared. He had to use an additional 50 feet of cable because our line runs beyond the standard 100 feet. Excellent work, knowledgeable employee. Thanks again A1.

Had to call A-1 plumbing late on a Saturday night about a backed up drain. Worst possible timing. They sent a tech over in 30 minutes to completely resolve the issue. Marcos was awesome. He knew his stuff. I’ll never call anyone else for plumbing issues.
