I have no idea why the bad reviews for BK Plumbing because we’ve had a very positive experience with them. So far our problem isn’t resolved but they continue to send different technicians with other equipment to try out. William and Raphael spent combined hours with patience and professionalism. Anxious to get the issue resolved and confident in BK Plumbing and Homeserve Home Warranty to get this accomplished. Many thanks!!!

Can you please remove your google profile from 911 N Main St. Kannapolis, NC as your no longer are this address. AWI Towing & Recovery is there now. Thanks. UPDATE: I just called their office again answering service again. They seem to be dodging phone calls they must owe a lot of people money. They lady at the answering service said their address is 911 N. Main St. Kannapolis. That is where I have my business I told her. I found another address at its at 216 Small St. Kannapolis

Inconsistent. Sometimes food is excellent and hot, sometimes cold and not good. Service is usually decent. Watch the health Dept score, it can fluctuate too. Sushi has always tasted good and been in temp, and even if all you get is sushi it can be a decent deal for all-you-care-to-eat.

We used 2-10 Home warranty that contracted with B-K Plumbing to fix our sump pump. B-K accepted the contract and then refused to send a plumber to our house because it was too far away. Crystal, was extremely rude and I had to wait a month to finally get them to agree that they shouldn’t have accepted the job. Stay away!

BK Plumbing, Shawn, was sent from Ol Republic Home Warranty to look at our toilet. He was rude, prejudice, lied to our home warranty stating that our cracked toilet tank was too big of a problem. He refused to help us because my husband is African-American. He actually turned the water back on and flushed the toilet leading it to reflood our bathroom. Stay away from this company!!
