There is a reason A1 has almost a 5 star review rating, they are the best in flathead valley. Starts with transparency on their pricing and ends with a job well done. I don’t recommend any other company in the valley

The guys that showed up were pretty courteous. They got the job done promptly. What I wasn’t thrilled about is that they helped themselves to our garden hose to spray the septic tank. We previously used this hose to water lawn, fill our children’s pool, fill our potable water tank on our camper, etc. They should really bring their own hose for sanitary purposes. Mine will likely be replaced now. Additionally, they were fairly rough on things – they drug their pump line across our deck upon completion, leaving a few small gouges in the wood and dripping from what they had just pumped. One of the guys (seemed to be in training) dropped our concrete lid from about knee-high to replace it. Thankfully it didn’t break. Overall, the job got done with no real major issues.
