Savanah was great! She diagnosed the problem quickly and let me down easy. She has great communication skills, as well as the technical aspects needed to troubleshoot… I’ll unfortunately be in the market for a new A/C unit but now have comfort in knowing who I will have install it! 🙏 thank you for great customer service in an age of apathy.

I needed a diagnostic on my ancient a/c and was amazed that it happened the same day I asked. Conor and Joel were very knowledgeable and courteous. They gave me some options to work with and no pressure to make an immediate decision. I have trust that whatever I decide to do, they will do an excellent job. I highly recommend Limelight!

We had a wonderful experience with Robert Pukas, electrician and Limelight. Robert was a complete professional, pleasant and competent. We had worked with many repair guys in the last year with a Kitchen remodel, and Robert was one of the nicest guys we ever had. He never complained about how hard something was and went above and beyond, even when we changed our minds. He was also super efficient and done in a reasonable time. Limelight was superb with notices of arrival times and kept us informed through texts, emails, and voicemails. We won’t hesitate to use these guys again and request Robert if you have an estimate.
