We therefore had a broken water heater and need a replacement. I looked at a number of significant plumbing companies, and gosh, were their costs outrageous. They set up an easy-to-use online bidding system, were flexible with scheduling when to install, and had costs that were significantly lower than those of the bigwigs. These people were really cool. And get this, they even offered emergency assistance in case our old heater broke down prior to installing the new one. When installation day arrives, they let us know when they’ll be here and, as promised during the bidding, they arrived promptly. The team was skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of our property, and they worked quickly to get the old one out and the new one in. Requird a water heater replacent. Spoke to Jess and he sent Ron over that day to Asbury for the estimate. Nex mornin Ron replaced the the tan and we had hot wter again. Ron was courtes, fast and clene. Very profesional. Wil recomend.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about working with Tim & his team! When I called them at 9:30am they were on another job. They called back right when we were getting home from the mall and they just so happened to be a few minutes away.. REALLY did not expect a call back! Thought we were gon go without hot water that night but they came by, drained and flushed out our hot water tank, replaced the anode and fixed the pilot light!! Our water heater worked like a charm after that and we are absolutely pleased with the entire experience

They did an EXCELLENT job with our installation today! Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional!! I felt very comfortable with them in our home (turns out we went to Science Hill Highschool with one of the techs). Our initial assessment and estimate were excellent! Only 2 days until install!! We are thrilled with our new equipment and so pleased to have found them!!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any company. Exceptional customer service, pricing, and quality. This is the only company that cared more about my family and our situation than lining their pockets with our hard earned money! Give them a call if you want the best deal for a water heater installation and DO NOT BUY the home depot ones, they showed us the quality difference from getting a hot water heater from a reputable supplier that plumbing companies have access to

we can’t recommend these guys enough. They are not only knowledgeable, but they work fast and were straightforward and honest throughout the entire job. Technical advice and great customer service during our call for an estimate. It’s rare to meet plumbing companies who actually care about the customer and the task at hand enough to answer dumb questions (like mine LOL) but these guys were patient, fast, thorough and downright kind. Saved my mother a lot of money in the process by choosing these guys instead of going with a particular big box store’s water heater installation price.

Quick response to my call. Answered all of my questions thoroughly… we really wanted to know the pros and cons between tank vs tankless water heaters and what would be best for us. Installer was helpful and friendly. The work was done efficiently with no mess left behind. The installer stayed to answer all my questions and explain maintenance in detail since he had another install by Rotary Park. Would definitely recommend!

Superb service & value! Found them on google after receiving an outrageous price on a simple water heater replacement & install from one of the big companies here in town… won’t say names. Got an estimate range over the phone of half the price of the other guys. They came out to Asbury the same day. Excellent service by Tim. He explained parts and service before and after. And was so courteous and attentive to my concern for the dolly wheels on my wood floors and laid down extra protection. Highly recommend!
