Derek/Derrick our technician was AWESOME! A true professional. All the stuff you want, honest, good communication, knowledgeable, expeditious, thorough. He found and fixed our pool leak. I would highly recommend this company if you think you have a leak. They arrived when they said they would, explained the process to us. Very respectful and knowledgeable about our issue. Our issue was with an ingrown pool. They found our leaks and wrote up a report for us.

The day of the exam went well and the guys were very nice, friendly and answered my questions. I did not like how they tested the windows from the outside. They used a hose at what looked like a forceful stream holding it in position and migrated slowly around the windows. They detected no leaks and left without incident. The next day, I noticed that the caulking around the windows on the inside were starting to separate and there was a grey film on the sill of the far left window. The force they used was far worse at a steady stream that I would guess ever happens in even the worse driving wind and rain. Not pleased.

Service was great! Ishmael was awesome, as was his boss! Had a minor hiccup, finally found the leak, and fixed! I hope I don’t have to, but if I do I would definitely use them again!

I paid $500 to have a leak located, a return water line was detected and an arrow placed on the floor indicating the leak direction area within 5 feet. There was no further investigation done and the leak was not located, so my plumber came in with a doctor’s stethoscope and told me exactly where the leak was. This cost nothing. It turns out the leak was not on the line identified. Not very impressed. The guy was in my house 30 minutes and did half a job.
