Broken water heater on Sunday. Technician showed up at 4:30 worked until 7:30. He was outstanding. Professional, friendly, and a perfectionist. Work quality was impeccable. I never bother to write in to Google, but he was so good, I decided to make sure the world knew of him. Direct Plumbing & Water Heater Repair technician came out the next day after our water heater had a fatal leak. The entire experience was professional, informative and helpful. The water heaters they use are better quality and made in the USA. We got a walkthrough on how to light the pilot light and how to do yearly maintenance. I have found a great plumber, finally!! Highly recommend these folks.

We are very happy with the job our tech did in replacing our worn out water heater. It was a challenging project because of the location of the unit, but he got it done. Also, he discovered that our previous earthquake strapping was pretty much useless, so he made sure the new water heater was properly secured. We would definitely recommend Direct Plumbing & Water Heater Repair.

My water heater was leaking and needed replacement. I called and spoke to a live person who gave me a ballpark idea of what I was looking at to replace. They worked with me on a time window and sent a technician. It was late but he took his time and didn’t rush. He stayed and replaced the water heater.
