Not only did you tackle the repairs, but you also patiently addressed all my questions and worries with a friendly attitude and a reassuring smile. Theodore is a seasoned plumber who might come across a bit gruff, but he does a remarkable job. I had a water heater that was not performing well. Theodore had his team, including Javier and Leonard, install a new, cost-efficient water heater in my Jacksonville home. The new unit is working beautifully and helping to reduce my energy bill. i was under the impression that i needed a new shut off valve in my bathroom and on the outer part of my house in Jacksonville. Leonard, the plumber, showed up and inspected the shut off valve, reassuring me that everything was in order. Astonishingly, he charged me NOTHING. It’s still hard to believe! Leonard was punctual, honest, and professional. Under new ownership, this plumbing company is now offering excellent service. Should I ever require a plumber’s assistance, they will definitely be my first choice.
