Made a panicking phone call to Bannister plumbing. Water leak at the water meter right after the back flow valve. We haven’t had water all day. They came out in less than 20 minutes, took care of it. Its 90 degrees outside and Trey was happy and very friendly, had a smile on his face. He told me I needed a new back-flow valve. They took care of me. Thanks thanks thanks

Kirby came to our house today. We had a major plumbing issue. Sewer water was coming back into our beautiful home. There was a system clog. He was very professional and courteous and did a great job. This is exactly why we keep going back to their company. We are star club members for a couple years now and it has been well worth it. I highly recommend them. Thank you Kirby.

Called them out as AC not cooling. Spent $600. We were told our unit would probably go out in the next few years. They were told the fan was making noise but didn’t do anything. 3 to 4 weeks later the fan went out. We didn’t call them again, had fan replaced by another company but the unit died in the next week. We were told that this company failed to vacuum out the old freon and change the filter which caused the unit to go out sooner than it should have! We’ll NEVER use Bannister again!

Lee has been to my home a couple of times. Each time he’s right on time or early, always professional and super easy to work with. I’d recommend Lee and Bannister plumbing and Air to anyone needing plumbing or A/C service. They were even able to get to me the same day for this service!!
