It’s unfortunate that I must give a bad review , but it’s a must . I had a brand new ac unit installed 4 years ago , they offered an amazing warranty on the service performed and on the unit / parts . They were recommended by friend who’s related to someone at the business . I had a small concern on the compressor acting out of the ordinary ( it was running a littler harder than normal ) so I called in to see if it was under warranty still and to see if they could come look at it . I specifically asked if this was all covered under the warranty and was told yes. The technician shows up and the first thing he says “we’re gonna need to charge you $200” to look at it . So much for the warranty . Also, why did the customer service rep not mentioned that? It was terrible customer service on all fronts and a waste of everyone’s time that day . It was then mentioned that because I don’t pay them to come change my air filter or clean my condenser coils , that this was the reason why they had to charge me $200 to look at a unit they gave a warranty on. Maybe they will make it right ?

B&W is always extremely responsive. If something isn’t completely right the first time, they come back immediately to correct the issue. We’ve used them for years and trust them completely.

Koehler suggested I call B&W when two other plumbers could not figure out why I could not get cold water with all new parts. Plumber Dave did it! He took the new valve assembly apart and found a plastic stop. When this was removed, I had cold water! The valve initially had 270 degrees of turn. Now well over 360 degrees. Not exactly like new, but it now works.

I have used B&W for years on projects small and large. They are always quickly responsive, pay close attention to detail, and do careful and quality work. And to top it off, they are nice people.

When I woke up this morning water was running out of my toilet. My tub was half full with water and water was on my floor. I called BMW and the lady said she would send a plumber out as soon as possible. Dontril came out and went right to work. He snaked my main sink and then he went snaked the toilet in my main bathroom. He worked on my problem, at least five hours until the clog was cleared. Other plumbers have just left me and said it will clear out in the morning, but Dontril stayed and made sure all my water was running in my house before he left.

The workers were very efficient and got my job finished in no time. They even had time to take care of an additional problem that I had with another electrical outlet. Also they were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I will use B&W in the future because Max was the best. I had to have two toilets pulled up for vinyl flooring to be installed. Max worked with the time I needed. Then two days later came back to reseat them when I contacted him. He was pleasant and professional. Anna
