Called today to find out a price range for installing a standard dishwasher (into a space where one was removed). Was told first that they have no idea, then receptionist put me on hold to ask. She said — ready for it? $1,600. Wow! That’s like 500Xs the cost of the dishwasher.

I wasn’t originally going to leave a review even tho I felt like they were a bit shady but I’m def leaving one now. I was quoted $1900 to replace my water heater by an independent plumber that I’d used in the past but he wasn’t able to replace it for nearly a week so I called Hope. They quoted me $3400 or $3600, I can’t remember the exact amount. I was like absolutely not. Then he said how about $2400 and I was like no, not when my plumber will do it for $1900. Then he says if my manager will do it for $1900 is that cool and I said sure. He says the manager will authorize it for $1900. He did a good job and cleaned up some of the wonky PVC. It’s now been nearly a month later and I go to fill up my water softener (which he had to move to get the water heater out) and the water softener is still completely full. We go thru about a bag of salt a month. I called Hope, they come back out, he spends about 30-40 minutes troubleshooting the water softener and gets it flowing again and then tells me nothing was wrong with it and I have to pay $139. Ok, cool, I will pay it and never use your services again.
