Technician Freddy arrived on time and provided education and information regarding inspection for my suspicion of a water leak. He explained that a water leak would be reflected in the meter reading activity when no water was turned on. Therefore the finding was negative for a leak. He also provided information and recommendations regarding the galvanized pipes installed outside my home. I mentioned considering both a water softener and generator, possibly in the near future. Freddy provided information and estimates for both services. I would consider contracting with Texas Quality for any of the services that I am considering. Freddy was professional, polite and informative. I also noted that the company has A+ grade with BBB and 5* Yelp review.

My sales technician, Kyle, was very attentive and timely with his visit. He explained my options and pricing for repairing or replacing my hot water heater thoroughly. The repair technicians, Pepe and Brayan, were both very diligent as they hauled out of my attic 2 old hot water heaters and replaced them with a new tankless unit. I am well pleased with the result, and the installation team worked very hard in a very hot attic!
