We moved into our 70 year old home in 2019, and to no surprise, we have needed substantial work done to our plumbing. R&R has been extremely professional, well knowledgeable and fair… The complete opposite experience we had with a local competitor. I RECOMMEND R&R EVERY TIME someone is looking for a plumber in our area.

R&R is the best! Had a burst pipe with recent Arctic blast. They made the leak in the photo go away pronto when I know they were packed with appointments. The guys are professional and quick!!

By far the worst company to do business with. I DO NOT recommend them. They took over 1 month to get a simple job done. They had to pull permit and when called the city they had not submit anything. After me calling and calling and calling they came out and did the job and they told me they were going to set up a final inspection and till this day nothing I signed contract and paid for it all August 2 it is now October 24 and I don’t have a copy of permit or a final inspection done. I been calling and calling and now they don’t answer my call smh. I wish I had gone with another company.

8/2/23 Mike installed a faucet and water line for us. We were expecting services to take about 2 hours. Was actually 45 minutes!

Our plumber was on vacation and we didn’t have much luck scheduling another on such short notice. I registered online and an R&R rep began texting me immediately. Steve came and was prompt and professional. Offered several options (at various price points) to correct our plumber problems. He also adjusted the wonky faucet so it’s much more convenient to use! Ask for Steve …Highly recommended!!

Easy and professional experience from the 1st call to schedule quote, quote appointment, my call about questions about the quote, and finally completing the job. Every staff person was helpful, kind and professional. I received quotes from other companies but R&R’s was the only one that fully addressed the issue (without quoting more that necessary) I HIGHLY recommend this company!
