Great response!! Excellent service. Our Tech was very knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly and handled it efficiently!! 3/13/24. I have to add an additional note to my previous review. My contact with this company was related to a pipe leak which was in a secondary home kitchen. I understood from the Tech that his plumbing invoice would be covered by insurance. It was not. I did feel that, as the expert in this field, he should have clearly conveyed that to me as his price for job was rather hefty and if I knew it was not covered I would have shopped for better price. It could have been a misunderstanding. Sometimes pros think you automatically know things that homeowners who never had a claim just don’t know. So, I was disappointed with them in that respect. They claim they told me that their bill would not be covered. It is a pretty simple thing to say, “this $945 bill WILL NOT BE COVERED”. I would have understood that simple language. Just a little disappointed. It was not made clear and should have been.

Paul and the technicians from Paul’s Way were amazing. They helped me with my defective shower that’s been having problems for the past couple months now. He personally made sure my job was handled professionally and properly through out the job, he even went the extra mile by ensuring my shower glass was handled correctly. I am truly grateful for his passion for this craft. I cannot recommend him and the team enough!!! Amazing work ethic and professionalism!!!!
