Roto-Rooter was GREAT!!! Josh was awesome to work with in getting out quickly and lining things up. Very proactive, knowledgeable, and kind. Represented his company well and extremely easy to work with. Jimmy and Caesar did an unbelievable job working at our house. They worked their tails off nonstop. I would say that they never slowed down one bit and had our house dried quickly…they even showed up on Saturday and Sunday to check on everything. Their work ethic is unreal. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone! Great people and job well done!!!! Thank you!!!

Did you know that roto rooter can save kittens from a storm drain? Not only did they come out extremely quickly but David B. wasn’t leaving with out saving this adorable little girl. Poor thing was down there almost 24 hours when we found out that roto rooter will save stuck animals at absolutely no cost. She is now safe and sound reunited with her brothers and sisters! Of course we let David name her and she will be called Gracie ❤️ If I could give 10 million stars I would!

I called on Monday to see if Roto Rooter did outdoor drain pipe repair, and they were at out house within the hour. (The previous week, my husband called 4 companies and received no response.)The issue was quickly diagnosed and they were able to.come out the next day to repair it. Solomon and Jacob, who were very polite and professional, worked fast and left the yard looking better than expected. Best of all, the drainage issue is fixed. Thank you, guys!
