First, Sunshine is amazing. I was upset about a perceived issue between her company and another company, whom they gave me a referral for. She called me immediately, apologized (it turned out not to even be a Atlas Plumbing problem, but rather the other company) and she pushed for a resolution on the other side by contacting them and asking them to touch base with me. Super professional and cares about her customers. We’ll be using Atlas Plumbing again!

I scheduled weeks out for an appointment to get valve replacement done & I emailed, left voicemails and confirmed with the technician that my HOA only allowed certain hours for the water to be turned off. They made me pay a 50% deposit without even doing any work. They confirmed the appointment but when I pushed for an invoice & to double check they understood my HOA rules; no one ever got back to me, stating they received no communication from me even though I have proof of communication on my end. They have now made me miss a day of work for no reason & have made me push back multiple jobs to finish my kitchen remodel all because their lack of communication and professionalism. I would not recommend atlas to anyone.

Jon was great. He showed up right on time, very punctual. Very knowledgeable and knew instantly what my issue was. Went and got the parts needed and had it fixed within ten minutes of being back. We chatted for a few minutes as I had some questions but overall experience was excellent and he was a top notch workman.

Update: Juan came out today to perform maintenance on our tankless water heater and it was a great experience. The quote for the service was reasonable and the service performed was excellent. Thank you again! Juan, our service technician, was professional and knowledgeable, and he quickly diagnosed our toilet clogging issue. He gave us a written quote to install a new toilet. The quote was fair and I look forward to working with Altas Plumbing in the near future.
