Excellent customer service. I had a septic pump malfunction and called JS Septic late in the afternoon to see if they could help. Josh was at my house 20 minutes later and pumped out the tank. He was back at my house before 8:00 the next morning with a new pump and had it installed in less than 2 hours. I will definitely call Josh in the future.

JS Septic was very professional and the most reasonable in the hanover area as far as price. I had an emergency and they were there within and hour of calling. I will be using JS for my septic service from now on. Josh talked me through the whole process and didn’t change his quoted price like some people do. 10/10 recommend JS Septic if you are looking for reliable and affordable services.

Amazing service! While others were telling me it would be at least a week for an emergency call, he was out first thing the next morning for way less then other places were charging. He was through and went above and beyond! I will be using them from now on!

My shower was filling up with water and we had no idea what to do. We called JS Septic and he came to us in less than 20 minutes to come help us! He stayed at my home for a few hours to fix it and make sure everything worked properly, and has checked to make sure it didn’t happen again! Josh is very knowledgeable about what he does, professional, and great owner! We will continue to call JS Septic for all of our Septic needs!!
