What can I say? Kevin is great! Small shop but does great work. He came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was upfront and explained the situation thoroughly. He was walked through the issue and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. I highly recommend Neace for your plumbing needs!

If you ever need a plumber, call Kevin!! Excellent plumber,great customer service, explains what needs to be done and answers all your questions!! I highly recommend Kevin and would not hesitate to call him if you need a plumber! Very reasonable rates especially after another company almost ripped me off!! If anyone I know needs a plumber, I’m giving them Kevin’s number!

My kitchen sink clogged and couldn’t find any plumber that would work on weekends. And when I called Neace Sewer, Kevin doesn’t work on weekends either, BUT, he didn’t turned me down either. He offered to work after his working hrs, and with NO extra charge! Very respectful, and Honest! I know I wouldn’t be calling him again for plumbing problems anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend NEACE Sewer to family and friends! THANK YOU Mr.Kevin!

My sewer line was blocked and needed to be rodded out. After using a variety of companies over the years, I called Kevin out to do the work I needed this time. When I phoned him, he said would come out the same day to get the work done. He arrived as promised, and after I let him know what the problem was, he pulled out his gear and wasted no time getting to work. He got my sewer line opened up but kept working on it until he was satisfied that it wasn’t just draining, but that he cleared any and all the obstructions in the pipe. He inspected it after he was done, showed and explained to me what he had found. and gave me some recommendations on what I could do to maintain it. I am happy that I chose Kevin for this job and if I have any more plumbing issues in the future, he will be the first person I call. I would recommend him. Thanks again Kevin. (2024.01.01) Recently had another problem at my house and called Kevin again. It appeared to be a blockage in a different area of my sewer line. He rodded it out, checked with his camera, saw that there was still some roots in the pipe. He rodded it again until he was satisfied that it was completely clear. He showed me the line was clear all the way to the main sewer. 3 years ago he told me what to do to combat the root problem, I followed this advice and haven’t had a problem in that section since. The roots that were causing the recent problem were located in a different area of the pipe. He told me what to do to and I plan on following his advice again. If I ever have any future problems, Kevin will be the first person I will call for help. It is nice to find someone who knowledgeable, competent, and does his job well. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone having plumbing problems. Once again, thank you Kevin, I appreciate you taking care of me again.

Excellent quick response and service! Had just gotten back from vacation and that same day was able to service our water heater! Very knowledgeable and honest. Kevin was awesome !
