DO NOT USE ROTO ROOTER!!! Made an appointment for the following day, had a technician call me saying they were on their way. A hour past and no one showed up. Texted the technician to make sure everything was okay and they advised someone else was coming out….. I let him know no one was out here and never heard back from him. No one came that day, I sat for 3 hours with no response. I called the next day and the lady on the phone was RUDE. She did not want to hear what I had to say, cut me off constantly, couldn’t tell me when the next technician would come out and ended up just ending the call as I was trying to speak to her. The se one technician came out and instead of running a line in my drain he just took the cap off my sewer line and said that would fix my problem. He was there for maybe 10 minutes and wanted to charge me $134. Once I released the cap was to my sewer line and that all the methane gas would eventually fill my basement I called back. He came out the following day and FINALLY ran the line. This was over all a bad experience and would rate 0 stars if I could. I don’t know how this company is still functioning, they have terrible customer service and the work blows. Took me 3 days to go my problem solved. It was a waste of time and money. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

We had a line back up in the basement. Called and had a tech scheduled within a minute. The tech was able to make it out in about an hour the same day! Friendly and nice and was quick to give us advice to help us in the future. Very responsive. Would recommend!

I do not recommend roto rooter even in the slightest. They came out 3 times and failed to fix the problem each time even though they said it was fixed. I thought they were the only option for where I live but I was wrong. I had an actual professional out here and fixed it on the 1st try. I’ve wasted over $400 with them. I wish I could get my money back. Go with other options if you have option to. If I could give zero stars I would.

We were having plumbing issues over the weekend and needed a snake, Chris Snyder came out same day, and was super helpful, great communication, fixed the problem and saved our basement from flooding!

Worst experience I have ever had. Damaged my bathroom sink basin, vanity, completely broke my drain stopper and ended up leaving black gunk all over the floor, walls, vanity and created a new leak underneath the basin. Every person I dealt with lied to me and their supervisor accused me of damaging it when they did it! After complaining, they sent out a second person who was able to fix the drain blockage but they never compensated me for the damage they did on their first visit. Didn’t apologize for the damage or poor service – could have cared less. Lastly, sent a statement in the mail saying they returned everything to normal state. Really???? I still have the parts you broke. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

We had issues with our toilet that would not flush. Stuart was the tech who came out, and he was amazing. He was professional, and did an great job walking me through what he was doing and why. He also answered my questions regarding future steps we would need to take with our plumbing. We will definitely be using roto router in the future.
