Zack was very informative and got us fixed with no problem..it costed me 819.00 to blow sewer pipe out and run a camera down the pipe..I thought that was high for that service so that’s why I did 4 stars.other than that everything was fine…

I called 1-Tom-Plumber praying for an honest and affordable plumber. Last Sunday my bathtub, toilets and sinks would not go down so I called Preferred Services who I pay monthly fee to come out and fix my issue. They snaked my line and said we unblocked your issue. Exactly 1 week later the same thing happened but this time I called 1-Tom-Plumber and thank god I did. They put a camera down and found some bricks had collapsed and was causing the backup every time we used toilet paper. They advised me to call my septic guy. I am canceling my monthly charge with Preferred Services and will call 1-Tom-Plumber from now on. They were courteous, understanding and very helpful in guiding me into the right direction to resolve this issue. I will always call 1-Tom-Plumber for all my needs.

This is our 2nd time we have needed a plumber and received great customer service from the time we contacted 1-Tom-Plumber to when our favorite tech Aaron Pontious came out. Aaron is always friendly, curteous of our home, and knowledgeable and to the point on how to repair our plumbing needs. We have only used tech Aaron Pontious, but our experience with him has gained 1-Tom-Plumber a continued 5 star rating AND gained our trust in the company. Since our previous post, we have moved and had a long list of plumbing needs that most plumber’s would not want to tackle. Mike Williams willingly took on the challenge and did an exceptional job! In addition to being a thorough, informative, outstanding plumber, Mike Williams proved to be a very nice person all around. Thanks Mike for being so thoughtful and respectful to us and our new home and for the superior work ethic you exhibit! You amped up our already 5 star rating and trust in 1-Tom-Plumber!
