Couldn’t be happier with Bryce. Our downstairs started flooding at 11:30pm and did not stop until around 2pm the following day. Our landlord/owner refused services and would not call a 24 hr plumber. After waiting until 2pm the next day, at a total of about 14 hours, he finally called Billy Go. Bryce showed up like an angel from above. He was kind, helpful, great at mediating between owner and tenants. He was able to find a fix within a few hours and give detailed recommendations of next steps. He truly was the epitome of how a person of service should be in a stressful situation. Trust him fully and will use him and Billy Go for anything in the future.
