Only pulling teeth to get in contact with his plumber because our builder used his work. Unresponsive, unprofessional, and not worth it at this rate. We’ve been playing phone tag for upwards of two months now, in which I am the only participant. Never calls back. Allow me to explain the desperation: We are trying to get a sprinkler system installed. We find out that the valve that is supposed to attach to the stub out outside is conspicuously missing. (Apparently, it needs to be accessible or, should for whatever reason, we sell this house, it will not pass inspection. How this oversight did pass in the first place is well beyond me.) We were advised to check out our neighbor’s set up, which looks different than ours, because their houses were worked on by the other plumber that the builder hired. After our builder’s efforts (not our litany of calls!) to get in contact, the plumber shows up, unannounced, to our home, and proceeds to show me where the access panel should be. It’s in the master bedroom’s closet instead of off our main line. Better yet – drywall had been installed OVER the panel, and a shelf over that. He claims he’ll bypass it with a $230 part, and then the 1-2 hours of labor it’ll take to install. That was July 7th. It is now the 26th. There has been no call to set up an appointment, and no answer to our calls, so we’re back to getting in contact with the builder. Use this plumber with immense caution, and good luck getting a hold of him. Only reason he gets one star is because I can’t leave a review with none. As of today no one has called back still looking for a plumber. I am looking for the plumber out of Hotchkiss if your that plumber come to 4th and Bridge St. The house with the flag pole North side across from the Colorado bank. So we can talk..
