Tech. came ready to work on my problem. I showed him the problem and he showed me that the line was in the right place, which after looking at it, he was right. I still had a hole in the wall. He fixed that with no problem and was on his way. We did talk for a few mins before he departed.

No they just came to do the yearly check on my hot water heater and make sure all the connections are still good and drain it. Just did the preventive maintenance on it. I bought their lifetime service package because I know this will help extend the life Of the hot water heater. I was so impressed when they installed my hot water heater and replaced all my plumbing lines and cut off valves I knew I wanted them to take care of me for a long time to come. I also Got a great quote to fix my outdoor water connection.

Technician William showed up on time and went right to work. He was able to get our AC unit back working temporarily. We decided to go ahead with replacing the unit because of it age. The crew leader Mike and his team did a fast and clean job installing the new AC unit while dealing with 90 plus degree tempatures. Kenny the supervisor was great to work with and was on site most of the time. I know they are expensive but they are worth it. I would give Plumb Pro + an A+.
