Mark’s Plumbing responded quickly to my water heater failure and rearranged schedules to install a replacement. I couldn’t be happier with their work and the dedication of Tom and Jeff on the job. Would highly recommend if you want the more personal service of an owner-operated business rather than a “big-box” multi-services company.

I needed help with screwing in a new toilet fill valve that was giving me trouble. I called Mark’s Plumbing around 10 AM and they said a plumber could arrive between 12 and 4. I got a call from Tim a couple minutes after hanging up and he arrived within a half hour. Tim did a thorough job making sure my fill valve was tightened and ensured no surprise leaks occurred. He also readjusted my bidet water line to avoid future water flow issues. Tim was very friendly and talkative throughout the whole visit. I would definitely recommend Mark’s Plumbing and Tim for your plumbing needs.

I called in for sump pump repair/replace along with battery back-up. Mark’s had someone out to my house within the promised time frame and was provided a fair quote for the work. They came back the next morning and did the job … and clean-up very well afterwards!

My initial visit was scheduled for 8. They told me Tom was on the way and to wait. I called back at 8:30 and they said my guy was actually Tim and he still was still 20 minutes away. Mark’s Plumbing made me very late for work. Didn’t clean up after themselves (metal shards all over my basement), started the longest part of the job last because they “didn’t know” I wanted it done (I told them when scheduling plus it was on the quote), and plumbers left twice to get parts because they didn’t come prepared. The work was effective but I experienced an unorganized business that left me late for work and my basement a mess.
