Dr Boop is a great Dr. Unfortunately you can tell the people that answer the phones really don’t care about helping the patient on the other end. There’s no sense of urgency, compassion, or empathy. I do not have confidence that the issue I am calling about will be taken seriously and resolved to the best of their ability. I am not someone that usually complains but I have been dealing with these issues for a year. People not doing their job has caused me unnecessary pain due to poor customer service. I’m not the only person these things have happened to. There’s great Dr’s working there, we need great staff as well. This does not apply to ALL staff of course.
