I’ve had Roto Rooter come out 3 times now, and they’ve been able to come out not only the same day, but pretty quickly, which was necessary and important to me. Jimmy V. did my jobs the last 2 times and I think he’s great. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He’s very informative, explaining everything so that I can understand. But he’s also low keyed, a no pressure type of person, which I appreciate. I feel confident that he’s doing his best for me.
