Robert, who is the owner of the company, is so professional, kind, and an overall upstanding person. From the minute we called him, he sent someone to our home and replaced the pump which we had for many years. He knew what the issue was immediately and took care of it. The company is also very fair in their pricing. Through the years, we have used a hand full of other cess pool companies and each one has been a nightmare. We had nothing but the best experience with North Shore Cesspool and we highly recommend this company.

Rob and his team are the olympians of this industry. After numerous companies failed to diagnose and FIX my septic tank issue, Rob and his team came over and very efficiently, cleanly, and economically corrected my issue. They found my cap when others couldn’t and pumped out my system. The other companies wanted to excavate and ruin my landscaping, sprinkler lines, and lighting. Rob saved my lawn and my money.
