NO-SHOW PLUMBER! I called to make an appointment for my 80 year old aunt and uncle to fix a leak in their bathroom. The appointment was scheduled for 5 days after the initial phone call. The day of the appointment, I called to confirm. My call went to voicemail, where I left a message asking for a confirmation call back. I received no phone call back, and this plumber never showed up. This is no way to run a business. If you can’t/won’t do a job, then have enough integrity to not accept the job or at least call to cancel the job. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone! Note: unfortunately I can’t post without leaving 1 star…this business deserves zero stars!

Called left phone message to contact me about a simple drain repair. No call back. Called 3rd time 2 days later person named Landen answered, told i request for a simple drain repair. Landen said he had another call would call me immediately back. After leaving 5 more messages or reminders to call me back I still have not heard from him. Very difficult for Me to understand someone or their business says they are most professional at what they do but don’t do the most basic customer request for return phone call. I contacted a competitor called Knights Mechanical plumbing who answered first call, took my info and showed up on time very professionally did simple shower drain repair with zero issues. I highly recommend Knights Mechanical plumbing over the Stephens Company unless you like to be miss lead or treated like you the customer are not important to them. Bad way of doing business Landen!

Landon came when he said he would and fixed my plumbing problem. He was considerate even bringing a bigger sized handle for the faucet because I had told him my grip wasn’t strong. I’ll definitely call on him again.

I HIGHLY recommend the Stephens Company for all of your plumbing needs. Very dependable, does a great job, and is very trustworthy. They installed all new plumbing for our outdoor kitchen and shower. Everything was well thought out and they did a great job!!
