Called at 1:30 PM about a main sewer pipe clog and it was cleared by 6:00 PM the same day. Parker (the tech who came) was professional, prompt and went right to work (on a really hot day). If I ever have another issue, these folks will be my first call.

Nicholas was very efficient, communicative and friendly. He diagnosed the leaky faucet and 2 toilets that flush twice. He replaced the tub faucets, flappers and valves and even told us about our 24 year old water heater and what to do when it wears out. He explained to me how to fix the toilet valve filter when it needs cleaning. He was very helpful to us.If we need help again we will want him to fix our plumbing problem.

In pinch they did great to get me service same day on a clogged drain. Jason was very careful to protect the surfaces of the shower while working and gave me some maintenance tips for preventing future clogs.

I have never been disappointed with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Ryan was here yesterday to check for a possible cracked pipe. He went in the crawl space and all was good! He also gave me some possibilities for the water near the foundation that had nothing to do with broken pipes.

We had Scotty come this morning to unclog our toilet. We already had a “plumber” from Angi’s List, who could not unplug the toilet. Don’t mess around-if you want the job done right- call Mr Rooter. Scotty was very professional, and did the job right the first time!
