Reilly Plumbing to the rescue! My family had a late-night plumbing emergency that required immediate attention. Reilly and his team arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, cleaned up the mess and developed an action plan to remediate a larger issue with sewage piping. Reilly was responsive, professional and easy to work with throughout. I couldn’t recommend a better plumber, especially when you have a situation that just can’t wait!

Our exterior pipe was leaking. We called Reilly Plumbing, Chris and crew came to our house at 6:25pm as promised. Gave us an estimate (reasonable price) we accepted. They left for materials needed, the job was completed in 3 hours, checked for leaks and everything was okay ( problem resolved). Their service was done in a timely manner and was very professional. If ever needed, we wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Overall, extremely satisfied with his work.

Wow – Thank You to the team at Reilly’s!! From Barnes Janitorial and the landlord at my apartment!! We recently had some issues with many things at our complex from “Mold/Mildew Remediation” to a “Main Line issue” everything in between was cake compared to those two! Although I am a top floor tenant (I was still affected) I had not yet spoken to my landlord when I made the original call; however, The woman in the office was amazing. She heard everything I said I didn’t have to repeat myself and advised that she would have someone over promptly. I was worried they wouldn’t send anyone because I had not yet Been able to get a hold of my landlord. She assure me that would be fine and I gave her their number as well. A team From Reilly’s arrived within 30 minutes, They were able to assess the issue promptly and as luck would have it, the office had been able to contact my landlord… YAY!! The team started the job that day, and as far as plumbing goes… we are back in business!! YAY… Again!! My landlord was thankful that I called a company who didn’t take advantage of him and gave a fair price! They were able to bid the job, get started, and complete everything in a couple days And let me tell you they had a lot of digging to do!! Thank You all again!! I know my landlord will be using you in the future!!

I believe I’m limited on how much I can type… I’ll just hit the low points. I have used Riley’s once in the past so I wasn’t expecting this level of mediocrity. -I asked for someone to come out. After repeated calls, they kept pushing my appt out and finally canceled it. Asked I send a photo with the unit info. Was told it’s too old, has to be replaced, and quoted me $4K. After agreeing and paying half for the unit it took 2 weeks (they claimed it’s manufacturer issues). I asked if someone can still come look and my messages went unanswered. -During the 2 weeks I was gathering info for home warranty to be reimbursed. Guess I called too many times and they stopped answering my calls. I would call and no answer. Would call again from a different number and they answered on the first ring. Clearly avoiding me. -Installed new unit and still didn’t work. Spent 4 hours troubleshooting with no luck. No one came back the next day as promised, nor the day after as promised (not even a word unless we contacted them first via text message) -Charged me for 2 techs but the second was his wife or GF who sat in the truck and took away the garbage. -Came the 3rd day after install & verified it wasn’t the unit & said they needed to smash into the wall behind my shower now for $1700 -Decided to get a second opinion. New plumber found the issues within 2 hours. It was a part that RP put on backwards after the initial install. -I asked RP to reimburse me for the cost to have that plumber come and fix their mistake. Said they would, but nothing after a week. Asked again and said they would, but it’s been 4 weeks now. Asked a 3rd time and received zero reply. AVOID Riley’s Plumbing. Unprofessional staff. Zero communication. Will avoid your calls if they don’t want to talk to you. They also do not take credit cards. So be prepared for cash/check only. Before RP decides to refute any of this, keep in mind that because you stopped taking my calls, I was forced to use text/email so everything I said here is backed up in writing.

We had a broken pipe water was leaking everywhere. They came with the needed parts and tools and fixed the problem immediately. Very professional nice guys would use again for sure

I had great experience with Chris from Reilly’s. My shower faucet had broken and it was not covered by my home warranty. I called Reilly’s for emergency help ( as my bathtub was overflowing)and Chris came within couple of hours and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Would recommend him anytime for any plumbing work. Thank you Chris!!

AVOID. Reilly’s was supposed to come out for a service request through the home warranty plan. They called multiple times to make an appointment and then also pushed it to an earlier time. Till this point, I was happy and thought that the negative reviews here were just outliers but boy I was wrong. They NEVER SHOWED UP. I had rescheduled my errands for the day they were going to show up. I tried calling them multiple times at the end of the their time-window. Called again a few times; left voicemails but no response. Feeling frustrated and helpless. If going through home warranty plan, immediately ask them to change your provider to someone who isn’t useless like these folks
