Ground Zero Plumbing and Chris saved the day!!! We had a toilet emergency with out of town family arriving today and GZP was one of 4 companies i called that answered their phone on a monday and sent a technician asap! Will definitely be calling them again for our next plumbing service! Thank you!

This is about worker named Tony who was contacted by management at the complex where I live. To fix two pipes that were cracked in our bathroom ceiling. He was amazing. His personality, work ethic, performance, and job he did. He even cleaned up the entire bathroom after he was done and it was a total mess from cutting out ceiling and removing discussing piping. I suggest that everyone ask to have Tony to come do your plumbing work. He works out of the Gilbert Company. (I hope I’m correct) Thank you again Tony. You definitely impressed me and my roommate. I will be sure to refer you anytime one of my friends or family, anyone, that needs a Fantastic Plummer who knows how to do things exactly as they should be done. I had an unfortunate circumstance with my air conditioning unit, my air conditioning unit went out at the inception of what will be a very hot Arizona summer. With no hesitation I contacted Ground Zero Plumbing. I spoke with the receptionist who was very friendly and reassured me that they would take care of me and have someone at the house to take a look at my unit the same day. Roughly an hour later Juan from there AC team shows up and inspects my unit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his customer service. He was very kind, courteous and provided me with the best customer service you could ask for during a very stressful time. He reassured me that his team would take care of me. In addition to this, his manager Derek was there, who was absolutely PHENOMENAL to say the least. He was kind, knowledgeable & generous and walked me through the process and steps of getting a new air conditioning unit. He also provided me with the different options that were available. He stayed in touch with me to make sure I was fine and comfortable and reassured me they’d have someone install the new unit next day. Talk about customer service at its highest quality! The next day I met with Jake & Walker who worked relentlessly to complete the install. They were super kind and did a fantastic job. Nonetheless, my fiance and I are back at a cool home during the hot AZ summer. I’ve been a “Hero Member” with Ground Zero Plumbing since I purchased my home and they always reassure me why I made the best choice. Thank you to Derek and team! You guys are the BEST!

I just had a great experience for the first time with Ground Zero Plumbing and AC. We have an issue with a toilet. I had the pleasure of meeting Oz, the tech, who came in a timely manner, as we were going to get a quote on a plumbing service. It turns Oz noticed something that was off and tested flushing the toilet. It worked just like normal. Oz also checked out the other toilets to insure everything was ok or parts were needed. Everything checked at fine. What was appreciated was the Oz had great customer service skills and insured customer satisfaction. He was not hard sell and offered advice on a few things. This was our first encounter with Ground Zero and will not be the list..thank you Oz – you represented your company well..with appreciation, Terry
