I would recommend Speake’s Plumbing to anyone needing quality plumbing work done. I am very satisfied with the work Roy came out to do. He was timely, efficient and most important of all respectful. He replaced old busted metal pipes under my kitchen sink and installed a new disposal that I purchased. I don’t wish plumbing issues on anyone but working with Speake’s Plumbing honestly makes me want to call them out again! Thank you

I appreciate that, not only is Speake’s Plumbing a local, family-owned operation, but the fact that the owner answered the phone when I called, instead of a PBX (or whatever it is today). I got my questions answered on a Saturday, two plumbers arrived 1st thing Monday AM, and my two non-emergency issues were remedied promptly. The price seemed a little high, but I was told upfront the trip charge and I knew that the more services I requested in the same visit, the less each would cost. The plumbers were cordial and professional, they protected my messy bathroom from any water/debris with a plastic dropcloth, and they took the time to answer more questions concerning a potential remodel. And my new faucet (purchased ahead of time) doesn’t drip and looks fabulous! Will definitely use again.

Rude and irrational administrative service. I was told the total and then asked how it broke down between service and parts before I pay and rusty jumped down my throat telling me he doesn’t have to do that and I have to just pay. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Will never use them again. Stay away!

Everyone I spoke with or worked with was nice. They unclogged my A/C condensate drain. Then they removed the old water heater and installed a new water heater with flood stop. The technicians did an excellent job of explaining what they had done and what I needed to do as follow up. Their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

This was at least the 3rd time we have used Speake’s Plumbing. They are the only company I ever call for my plumbing needs. It is nice that a human always answers the phone. I highly recommend them. EDIT: I used them again today, so 4th time now, and still very happy

Rusty and his crew at Speaks were a pleasure to work with when we had some plumbing issues at our house. They came in, told us exactly what they would do and gave us a written quote for the job. When the job took a bit longer than expected, they were always providing communication updates and promptly returned any messages I left. I will be glad to give them my business in the future. The crew cleaned up after themselves and made sure I understood what was being done and why. They were very professional and even helped me understand how to take care of the system after they finished the install.

I have had several plumbing issues arise and I have used Speake’s Plumbing every time with great results. From Rusty taking my calls, to all of the plumbers and assistants that come out, all of the work has been timely, efficient and extremely helpful. When I ask a question, they answer me in terms I can understand, which is a bit of a lost art some days.

Absolutely the best experience ever! Great service, on time, and excellent pricing. Never using another plumbing company!
