I’ve called them a couple of times for different jobs and they were always available within a day or two, showed up on time, and did great work. We had a sump pump outside that got completely clogged up due to the previous owners pouring grease down the drain. These guys were able to get it all fixed up in a day. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely continue to use them in the future!

Called on a sunday, and they were able to come out on Monday. Joseph and Tom came out to install a hand sprayer/bidet and it was super quick, super professional, and took their shoes off before entering my home. Very clean work, and brought their own rags to handle leaks. Great bidet installation guys.

Needed a garbage disposal replaced and, having used Nugent Plumbing in the past, I called them. Joe and Tom were here the very next day and not only did they do the job at hand, they found – and fixed at no extra charge – a problem with the side spray installation. When they were finished the area was cleaner than when they started! Cannot recommend them highly enought.

Claimed this was not by the hour and instead by the job. After the diagnostic fee and two shark bite fittings later it was $375. That’s works out to be $750 an hour. Reply: The diagnostic fee is non refundable, and supposed to be put toward the repair per your policy. I am informing people that the per price “job” is more egregious than paying per hour. Your per “job” price was disproportionately high after speaking with many other plumbers. The bottom line is it was two shark bite fittings for $375.

I moved into a rental Townhouse in October 2023. The place is built on a slab.After below freezing temperatures the pipes froze and this amazing Company came out, re-routed the pipes, cleaned up everything. Joe and Tom was fantastic would recommend this company everyone.

I hated to have to call on a Sunday. But I had no water during these frigid temps and I had already done what I could to trouble shoot my issue. I called up Nugent Plumbing. They gave me a window of time and eventually Rod and Joe arrived. Professionals that were able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly to restore water. I decided to call them first because they were local and seemed to be a small business. (I am moved to support small businesses!) Extremely happy with their response and service and I am happy to recommend them – particularly Rod and Joe! Thank you!

I am thrilled to find a plumbing company with the integrity and character of Nugent Plumbing and Pumps. I talked to Laura on Sunday and explained my situation. We set up an appointment for Monday. The team was running late because the previous appointment was a bit more complicated than expected requiring additional time. I called Courtney a couple of times at the office to check in and she was professional and very courteous keeping me up to date. Rod and William arrived and were professional and courteous as well. I explained what I had been experiencing and within a couple minutes they gave me the verdict. Apparently the issue I thought I had wasn’t the case at all. They checked a couple of things and then told me I was good to go. What? good to go? yes sir they both said. I was almost in a state of disbelief. That’s it? Yes sir. I knew for certain that the company I had called was the right one! When I need a plumber in the future there will be only one company I call and it will be the folks at Nugent.
