In the 7 years since I bought my 1st house, I have never had to hire a plumber. But a crises presented itself when my son accidentally cut the main water pipe into the house. Kingdom plumbing came highly rated per google. They were my 1st call and was straight forward with me around pricing and time of service. I called Fenwick and they couldn’t quote me a price and wanted to charge me an $85 fee just to have someone come look at it. I had an emergency and received a quick response from Jason and he had all the material needed to fix my issue when he arrived. As he was working you could tell he was very knowledgeable as he was explaining to me what he was doing as well as giving me advice. He knew where the valve was to shut my water off when JEA was looking for it for 5 mins. Lol. I got a fair price for an emergency on a hot Sunday afternoon and will continue to use their services to upgrade my plumbing. Thank you Kingdom and Jason for arriving promptly and solving my problem. Because of you, I was only without running water for 65 minutes!

I needed a plumber on Saturday to clear a clogged toilet. I texted Jason, who was out of town, but said he could get to me on Sunday. I called 3 other companies who could not get to me any earlier than Monday. Jason arrived at the time he promised (8:30 am), figured out the problem, and fixed it. He tested the solution a number of times to be sure it was clear. The price was at the low end of what he had estimated, and was $150 less than the last time I needed a plumber (different company) for a similar problem. Kingdom Based Plumbing is now my goto plumber. The following is from my first encounter with KBP: Jason kept me informed of his arrival time. They were careful and professional on the faucet install. Did not leave until they were absolutely sure that I had no leaks. In fact, the cold water angle valve did leak, after more than 7 minutes of water running. They replaced that very quickly, and again ensured that I had no leaks. Would highly recommend, and I would use them again.
