Andrew was what I envision a plumber to be (no butt crack jokes!). He was knowledgeable, quick,and was great at explaining to us what was happening and why. He was actually the 3rd plumber I had out to look at our issues. And the ONLY one to actually diagnose and fix the issue. I highly recommend!

Mike Kenney was very responsive to our need for service on a Sunday. Our sewage drain was blocked and we were not able to use the water in our home. Mike assured us he could fix it and within 30 minutes he was done. He cleaned up his work area and everything is working perfectly. We greatly appreciate Mike’s professionalism and his ability to solve our problem quickly.

We had a wonderful experience with Mr Rooter. We discovered a leak in our basement ceiling Saturday afternoon and they were here within 2 hours. Mike Kenney came out and very quickly discovered the problem and realized that it was not something he could fix because it was the AC unit but he called their sister company, Aire Serve and had a technician scheduled to come out ASAP. He was kind and helpful and informative. Even helped me move a few boxes out of the way. I would absolutely recommend Mike and Mr. Rooter and we will be calling them for all of our plumbing needs!
