Jan 2024, 5 + stars , As I struggle to make payments to Dan to complete my side of the obligation, Dan has been patient and worked with me, so I don’t get into interest payments . I can’t say if he can do this with everyone, but it was greatly appreciated . If there was an option for anything above 5 star, I would post that to this review. 10/25/2023 Dan and crew showed up in the morning to pull the pump and cable to see were the short to ground was . Unfortunately both were bad and he showed me during the process. I have a deep well over 900 feet [2HP] . Dan installed a new pump and cable and had me running that evening thanks to the hard working crew . I see why he has 5 star reviews . Thanks Dan and crew awesome job . See Pics and video. 10/24/2023 Preparing for crane arrival . See pics . I understood that I have 2 wells on my site but the one I thought was abandoned was actually the live one . Brush cutting, etc going on . More to come . 10/23/2023 Dan showed up as promised for a diagnosis of my well pump issues , he was running a little behind but kept me apprised which is a plus . He was truthful and straightforward. Looks like more work to come from this diagnosis. More to come as work progresses , stay tuned . Pics on the next visit .

Our pressure tank started to go bad, but at the time had no idea what the issue was. I made a call to Clear Water Well & pump, described the situation and they were out to the house only a few hours later and fixed the problem on the spot. They came prepared and were very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely call them in the future!

When I bought my house over four years ago, I knew the water heater needed to be replaced immediately, and Dan came out the day I moved in and replaced it. Fast forward to this summer, the elements went out in the heater (due to the extremely hard water and buildup therefrom). They came out and replaced the elements quickly and easily. However, the water still wouldn’t get warm and I contacted Dan (the owner) immediately to see if he could help shed some light. He came to my house that evening, 7:30 on a Friday night, and successfully identified and fixed an electrical problem that was causing the issue. No extra charge. I highly recommend Dan and ClearWater—they are capable, dependable, and professional, making sure the job got done, even though it was late and I told him it could wait. 10/10 recommend.

Dan and his helper were very professional. I have been so stressed about my well for awhile now but now that they came and serviced the well my mind is at ease. I will definitely contact them again when problems arise.

The team was extremely responsive and got my well fixed within a few hours. They were less than half the cost of Stanley Plumbing. I whole heartily recommend ClearWater Well and Pump! I’ll definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

Show up late don’t even give you a call letting you no they will be late 3 hours waiting on them to show up, 2nd get invoice wrong saying i need a pan under water hear when I have one

Could not be happier with the job that Clearwater did replacing our tired, old pump and filtration system. The turnaround time on the inspection and installation exceeded our expectations. They were quick, professional, and left our place looking better than it did when they came.
