Technician was dispatched quickly, diagnosed problem and had the necessary replacement parts on hand to repair condensing unit. Repair was completed promptly and my AC system was back up and running in no time. Very pleased with service.

The technicians that I’ve experienced from Total Comfort are typically very good at their jobs, but come across as arrogant and non-empathetic. During my most recent experience, my air conditioner was blowing warm air. Not being an HVAC tech myself, I decided it was time to call the professionals to figure out what is going on. The communication from Total Comfort is top-notch. I received an email notification that the tech was en route and my wife received a phone call that he was inbound and they typically arrive in the latter part of the window. With that said, when I got home from work, the technician had finished troubleshooting. He had originally jumped to the conclusion and informed my wife that I had a bad board – which is an easy fix – but then after a little bit more troubleshooting, realized I had a more significant issue – a refrigerant leak in my evaporator coil. As I was getting home after a long day of work myself, I did not appreciate him speaking a mile a minute, acting like I understood every bit he was talking about, and when I asked a question or said something that didn’t make sense, you could see in his body language that I was beneath him, and somewhat disturbed that he had to explain himself a little more clearly. You can tell he has worked with probably hundreds, if not thousands of customers. We all seem to have the same issues and it sounds like he’s tired of saying the same thing over and over again. When he explained the problem and the possible fixes, the $3000+ estimates, it’s like he’s telling me he hit my dog with his car and I’m just gonna have to live with it. I should feel grateful he admitted to killing him. Bottom line is I can understand the wear and tear on equipment and things break unexpectedly, but please act like you care, even if you don’t. Total Care deserves better.

Very poor customer service experience. I have scheduled HVAC maintenance appointments twice with Total Comfort within the last week and the technician did not show up for either appointment. The first time I never even received a phone call. The second time I had a company rep call at the end of the appointment window to tell me that they could potentially be there the following day but that it was not a guarantee due to how many calls they were receiving. I’m not sure what the point of an appointment is if there is always the chance of being bumped by another priority call. Bottom line, these folks are not reliable.

Excellent customer service! The technician, Therance, came and provided education on my unit and explained everything so clearly. I am not happy I have to purchase a new unit but the experience overall was great! Thank you for coming so promptly!

Don’t waste your time phoning this company. Ac stopped cooling during a heatwave. Phoned at 12pm and they said they would definitely be out by 4pm. At 5.15 they phoned to say we’re not coming out today. I said that’s fine because another company is on the way. (And they had it all fixed 40 mins later).

The technician was ok. My experience with making the appointment was unsatisfactory. They canceled an appointment and then each time we tried to get another appointment there were problems. We scheduled two appointments and the technician did not show up. When we called we did not receive a satisfactory reason. I was not pleased with this experience.

**PLEASE SEE BELOW RESPONSE FROM BUSINESS** THE NUMBER THEY PROVIDED IS DISCONNECTED and they redirect to their standard business number – there is no management team. What a joke! Scheduled an appointment this week on a Wednesday…Was told they needed to reschedule. Then scheduled an appointment for Saturday from 1 to 4. Call to reconfirm at Noon and was told that it would be 1 to 6. Waited here all day and it’s 6:15 … called to see if anyone was going to show …. The dispatcher could not even locate the service technician named Terrance. We received ( I’m sure ) the same rhetoric that everyone receives – which is we are so sorry that you’ve been inconvenienced! We will have someone for management call you on Monday but no one’s available now on the weekend. Our business is now closed. Guess what Total Comfort? We paid for our system in full but you are not providing what we paid for which is our brand new HVAC to work. You wasted my time waiting for your technician that never showed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!
